Our smaller products like Odie’s Oil and Apparel can be shipped anywhere in the US. Furniture can also be shipped by freight, but will be an additional cost.

We are located in Melba, Idaho. We deliver anywhere in the Treasure Valley for no additional cost (Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, Boise, Kuna, Eagle). Deliveries outside of the Treasure Valley will include a small delivery fee to cover time and expenses.

Short answer: no. That being said, we may not take on jobs that are not in our area of expertise or that wouldn’t be financially feasible for us to execute.

Yes! We love seeing your vision come to life and between the metal shop and wood shop, we can usually make it happen. Custom designs do take longer because of their unique nature and do have a higher price point because of that.

Custom orders placed with Iron Timber LLC require a signature of approval and a non-refundable 50% deposit to process. The customer will incur a change order fee(minimum $99) once a project’s drawing and/or samples have been approved.

We don’t have a showroom right now, but that dream exists! If you’d like to come by and see the shop to get a feel for what you want, we would love to have you. Call ahead and check that we are there and then feel the magic of being in a shop full of possibilities.

Iron Timber LLC does not accept returns or cancellations on any custom orders. Orders which require installation are subject to review by our management team and/or contractors. Installation charges and estimated completion dates are subject to change based on the managements and/or contractors assessment.
