The Iron Timber stool building course takes woodworkers step-by-step through the process of making a timeless piece of furniture using high-quality materials and tools. With Shawn’s teaching and guidance throughout the process, our hope is that you will leave having learned some technique and processes for woodworking in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Not to mention, you’ll have a beautifully crafted stool to display in your home.
What you need to know:
Shop will open at 8:45am with coffee and pastries.
Each student will build one 3-legged stool with the assistance of Iron Timber Crew.
Experience in woodworking is not required, but will come in handy if you have it as this course is a beginning intermediate level.
Attire: closed-toe shoes are required. Long hair should be tied back and clothing should be close fitting (so leave your fringe vest at home this time).
